How the Jenz platform works, what it connects to and how your data is protected.
Book a demoJenz is an AI platform for commerce teams. It connects to the systems your store runs on and gives the team one workspace to ask questions across all of your data, build apps on live numbers and automate recurring work. The Jenz agent works inside that platform and takes on tasks for the team, in the tools you already use.
Apps are internal tools that Jenz builds from a plain description. Ask for a view of which products will sell out and when, your real margin per product after freight, fees and ads, or revenue per campaign, and Jenz builds it on your live data and keeps it current. Apps can be shared with the team, and they can include actions, such as approving a reorder or pausing a campaign, directly from the app.
Any recurring task can be turned into an automation: the Monday sales report, a daily stock check, invoice matching or a scheduled newsletter. You describe the routine once, approve the steps and set the schedule. Jenz runs it the same way every time, reports back when it is done and records every run. When the same request comes up more than once, Jenz offers to automate it.
The agent is the part of Jenz your team works with directly. Tag it in Slack or Microsoft Teams, or reach it by email, WhatsApp or iMessage, and it carries out the task with the context of the conversation: pulling numbers, drafting customer replies and product copy, analysing ad performance or preparing a reorder. It also monitors the business and raises issues before anyone asks, such as a product about to sell out or a campaign losing money.
The systems a commerce business runs on, including Shopify, WooCommerce, Stripe, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, Zendesk, Gorgias, QuickBooks and Xero, and more than 3,000 other apps through the integration catalogue. Connections use your own accounts and can be revoked at any time. If a system you depend on is not listed, raise it in the demo.

Jenz is connected to the business itself: it reads your orders, stock, ad accounts and finance data, retains decisions and context over time, runs work on a schedule and builds tools the team keeps using. It runs on the same frontier models, inside a platform designed for operating a store.
You decide what Jenz may do on its own. By default it prepares the work and asks for approval before acting, and anything that affects spend, stock or customers keeps an approval step until you remove it. Every action, app change and automation run is logged.
Yes. Jenz maintains a private memory of your business: products, suppliers, margins, channel performance and the decisions the team has made. As it repeats work, it records how your team wants each task done, so results align more closely with your processes every week. Memory is scoped to your workspace and never shared with other customers.
Each customer has an isolated workspace, and every task runs in a sandbox only your workspace can reach. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted in the EU or the US at your choice, and never used to train AI models. A Data Processing Agreement is available to every customer, and full details are on our Security page.
Jenz runs on frontier models from the leading providers, and you choose which one. The model can be changed at any time without affecting your apps, automations or connections.
